Thala Beach Lodge is an 80 room eco lodge located 10 minutes south of Port Douglas. Our Ospreys restaurant is well renown for its views over the Coral Sea and innovative menus. We are in the perfect location to complete your 88 days, save money & enjoy the reef & rainforests. Accommodation is available onsite.

We require a Chef de Partie to join our brigade. Shifts are either 13:00-21:30 or 05:30-14:00. 2 days off per week.
